Ngày 01/10/2026, trong không khí phấn khởi của năm học mới, Trường THCS Chu Văn An – Phường Thanh Liệt long trọng tổ chức Hội nghị cán bộ, viên chức và người lao động năm học 2026 – 2027. Đây là sự kiện có ý nghĩa quan trọng, tạo diễn đàn để tập thể nhà trường cùng nhìn lại những kết quả đã đạt được, thẳng thắn trao đổi, thống nhất phương hướng và quyết tâm thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ năm học mới.

Hội nghị vinh dự đón tiếp:
- Đồng chí Nguyễn Anh Tuấn – Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Đảng ủy, Phó Chủ tịch UBND phường Thanh Liệt.
- Đồng chí Hoàng Văn Huệ – Phó Trưởng phòng Văn hóa – Xã hội phường Thanh Liệt.
- Ông Vũ Anh Bích – Trưởng ban đại diện cha mẹ học sinh nhà trường, cùng các thành viên Ban Thường trực Ban đại diện cha mẹ học sinh.
Về phía nhà trường có đồng chí Trần Mai Hương – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng; đồng chí Trần Thị Thanh Tình – Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy, Phó Hiệu trưởng; đồng chí Phạm Thị Thanh Tâm – Phó Hiệu trưởng, cùng toàn thể cán bộ, viên chức và người lao động.
Hội nghị đã bầu Đoàn Chủ tịch gồm đồng chí Trần Mai Hương và đồng chí Trần Thị Thanh Tình; đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Thu đảm nhiệm vai trò Thư ký Hội nghị.
NHÌN LẠI CHẶNG ĐƯỜNG ĐÃ QUA – THỐNG NHẤT MỤC TIÊU PHÍA TRƯỚC
Tại Hội nghị, các đại biểu đã nghe báo cáo kết quả thực hiện Nghị quyết Hội nghị năm học 2025 – 2026; thảo luận phương hướng, chỉ tiêu và kế hoạch thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2026 – 2027. Những ý kiến đóng góp thiết thực cũng được tổng hợp nhằm bổ sung, hoàn thiện Quy chế dân chủ và Quy chế chi tiêu nội bộ, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý, phát huy quyền làm chủ và trách nhiệm của mỗi thành viên trong nhà trường.
NĂM HỌC 2026 – 2027: ĐỔI MỚI ĐỂ NÂNG CAO CHẤT LƯỢNG
Với tinh thần chủ động, sáng tạo và quyết tâm đổi mới, nhà trường xác định những nhiệm vụ trọng tâm:
Nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục toàn diện: Chú trọng giáo dục đạo đức, kỹ năng sống, phát triển phẩm chất và năng lực học sinh theo Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018.
Giữ vững chất lượng mũi nhọn: Nâng cao hiệu quả bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi, chú trọng công tác ôn thi vào lớp 10 THPT cho học sinh khối 9.
Đẩy mạnh chuyển đổi số và ứng dụng AI: Tăng cường ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong dạy học, kiểm tra, đánh giá và quản lý; phát triển giáo dục STEM, nghiên cứu khoa học kỹ thuật, khơi dậy tư duy sáng tạo và năng lực giải quyết vấn đề của học sinh.
Từng bước đưa tiếng Anh trở thành ngôn ngữ thứ hai trong nhà trường: Tăng cường môi trường sử dụng tiếng Anh, gắn việc học với các hoạt động trải nghiệm thực tiễn.
Xây dựng đội ngũ vững mạnh, trường học hạnh phúc: Phát huy tinh thần đoàn kết, trách nhiệm, chuẩn mực và tận tâm; xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, thân thiện, tích cực, nơi mỗi học sinh được quan tâm và phát triển.
LAN TỎA SÁNG KIẾN – PHÁT HUY TRÍ TUỆ TẬP THỂ
Hội nghị đã lắng nghe ba bài tham luận tâm huyết, tập trung vào những vấn đề thiết thực của giáo dục hiện nay:
- Tổ Xã hội: Giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục đại trà, bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi và ôn thi vào lớp 10 cho học sinh khối 9.
- Tổ Tự nhiên: Ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo và chuyển đổi số trong dạy học, kiểm tra, đánh giá; đẩy mạnh giáo dục STEM theo Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018.
- Tổ Năng khiếu: Giải pháp từng bước đưa tiếng Anh trở thành ngôn ngữ thứ hai trong nhà trường, gắn với các hoạt động trải nghiệm.
Các tham luận thể hiện tinh thần trách nhiệm, sự chủ động đổi mới và quyết tâm tìm kiếm những giải pháp phù hợp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển trong giai đoạn mới.
Đồng chí Trần Mai Hương – Hiệu trưởng nhà trường, thay mặt Đoàn Chủ tịch, đã giải đáp các ý kiến, đề nghị của cán bộ, viên chức và người lao động, thể hiện tinh thần cầu thị, dân chủ và trách nhiệm trong công tác quản lý, điều hành.
SỰ QUAN TÂM, CHỈ ĐẠO – ĐỘNG LỰC CHO CHẶNG ĐƯỜNG MỚI
Phát biểu chỉ đạo tại Hội nghị, đồng chí Nguyễn Anh Tuấn – Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Đảng ủy, Phó Chủ tịch UBND phường Thanh Liệt ghi nhận, đánh giá cao những kết quả nhà trường đạt được trong năm học vừa qua; đồng thời đề nghị tập thể sư phạm tiếp tục phát huy tinh thần đoàn kết, đổi mới phương pháp và nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục toàn diện, bám sát mục tiêu năm học 2026 – 2027.
Thay mặt Đoàn Chủ tịch, đồng chí Trần Mai Hương trân trọng tiếp thu các ý kiến chỉ đạo, làm cơ sở hoàn thiện kế hoạch và giải pháp triển khai nhiệm vụ năm học.
Tại Hội nghị, đồng chí Phạm Thị Thanh Tâm – Phó Hiệu trưởng đã phát động phong trào thi đua năm học 2026 – 2027, khơi dậy tinh thần trách nhiệm, sự sáng tạo và quyết tâm cống hiến trong mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên.
Với tinh thần dân chủ và sự thống nhất cao, Hội nghị đã biểu quyết thông qua Nghị quyết với 100% đại biểu tham dự tán thành. Đây là sự đồng lòng của tập thể nhà trường, đồng thời thể hiện quyết tâm biến những mục tiêu đã đề ra thành hành động cụ thể trong suốt năm học.
ĐOÀN KẾT HÔM NAY – THÀNH CÔNG NGÀY MAI
Hội nghị khép lại trong không khí dân chủ, cởi mở và đoàn kết. Mỗi ý kiến đóng góp, mỗi bài tham luận đều thể hiện tâm huyết, trách nhiệm và khát vọng cống hiến của đội ngũ cán bộ, viên chức, người lao động đối với sự nghiệp giáo dục.
Với sự quan tâm, chỉ đạo của Đảng ủy, UBND phường Thanh Liệt; sự phối hợp, đồng hành của Ban đại diện cha mẹ học sinh; cùng tinh thần đoàn kết, trách nhiệm và đổi mới của toàn thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên, Trường THCS Chu Văn An quyết tâm hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ năm học 2026 – 2027.

UNITED IN INNOVATION – MOVING FORWARD WITH CONFIDENCE
On October 1, 2026, in the positive atmosphere of the new academic year, Chu Van An Secondary School in Thanh Liet Ward solemnly held its Conference of School Officials, Public Employees and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year. The conference provided an important opportunity for the school community to review past achievements, exchange ideas openly, agree on future priorities and commit to fulfilling the objectives of the new academic year.
A SPIRIT OF RESPECT, DEMOCRACY AND RESPONSIBILITY
The conference was honored by the presence of:
- Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Thanh Liet Ward People’s Committee.
- Mr. Hoang Van Hue – Deputy Head of the Division of Culture and Social Affairs of Thanh Liet Ward.
- Mr. Vu Anh Bich – Head of the School Parents’ Representative Board, together with members of its Standing Board.
Representing the school were Ms. Tran Mai Huong – Party Committee Secretary and Principal; Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tinh – Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Vice Principal; and Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tam – Vice Principal, alongside all school officials, public employees and workers.
The conference elected Ms. Tran Mai Huong and Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tinh to the Presidium, with Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu serving as Conference Secretary.
REVIEWING ACHIEVEMENTS – SETTING GOALS FOR THE FUTURE
Delegates reviewed the implementation of the conference resolution for the 2025–2026 academic year and discussed the directions, targets and action plans for 2026–2027. Contributions were also collected to revise and improve the school’s Grassroots Democracy Regulations and Internal Expenditure Regulations, helping enhance management effectiveness and promote the participation and responsibility of every member of the school community.
ACADEMIC YEAR 2026–2027: INNOVATION FOR BETTER EDUCATIONAL QUALITY
With a proactive and innovative spirit, the school has identified the following key priorities:
Enhancing comprehensive education: Focusing on moral education, life skills, and the development of students’ qualities and competencies in accordance with Vietnam’s 2018 General Education Curriculum.
Maintaining and strengthening academic excellence: Improving gifted-student training and providing effective preparation for Grade 9 students taking the entrance examination for upper-secondary education.
Advancing digital transformation and AI applications: Expanding the use of artificial intelligence in teaching, assessment and school management; promoting STEM education and scientific and engineering research to foster creativity and problem-solving skills.
Gradually establishing English as a second language within the school: Creating more opportunities for students to use English and connecting language learning with practical experiential activities.
Building a strong staff and a happy school: Promoting solidarity, professionalism, responsibility and dedication while creating a safe, friendly and positive educational environment where every student is supported and encouraged to develop.
SHARING INITIATIVES – HARNESSING COLLECTIVE EXPERTISE
The conference featured three thoughtful presentations addressing practical educational priorities:
- Social Sciences Group: Solutions to improve general educational quality, train gifted students and prepare Grade 9 students for the upper-secondary school entrance examination.
- Natural Sciences Group: Applying artificial intelligence and digital transformation in teaching and assessment, while promoting STEM education in accordance with the 2018 General Education Curriculum.
- Specialist Subjects Group: Solutions for gradually establishing English as a second language within the school, linked with experiential learning activities.
These presentations demonstrated the staff’s sense of responsibility, commitment to innovation and determination to develop effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of education.
On behalf of the Presidium, Ms. Tran Mai Huong, Principal, responded to the comments and recommendations raised by school officials, public employees and workers, reflecting an open, democratic and responsible approach to school leadership.
LEADERSHIP SUPPORT – MOTIVATION FOR THE JOURNEY AHEAD
In his address, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Thanh Liet Ward People’s Committee acknowledged the school’s achievements during the previous academic year. He encouraged the school community to maintain solidarity, innovate teaching methods and improve comprehensive educational quality in line with the objectives of the 2026–2027 academic year.
On behalf of the Presidium, Ms. Tran Mai Huong expressed her sincere appreciation for the guidance and confirmed that the school would incorporate the recommendations into its plans and implementation strategies.
At the conference, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tam, Vice Principal, launched the emulation movement for the 2026–2027 academic year, encouraging every member of staff to demonstrate responsibility, creativity and dedication.
In a strong demonstration of unity and democratic consensus, the conference adopted its resolution with 100% of participating delegates voting in favor. This result reflects the school community’s shared commitment to translating its goals into concrete action throughout the academic year.

The conference concluded in an atmosphere of openness, democracy and solidarity. Every contribution and presentation reflected the dedication, responsibility and aspirations of the school’s staff in advancing education.
With the continued guidance and support of the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Thanh Liet Ward, the cooperation of the School Parents’ Representative Board, and the collective commitment of all teachers and staff, Chu Van An Secondary School is determined to successfully fulfill its objectives for the 2026–2027 academic year.
